I've been a regular customer here for a few years. I've purchased more than 10 glasses, all progressive with light responsive and have never been disappointed. Love the designs, have a preference for the non acetate frames and the price is reasonable considering I'm getting 3 glasses in one, distance ,reading and sunlight.

I won’t buy from a brick and mortar store again, Hip Optical is that good! Even with insurance buying glasses or sunnies from a store or eye doctor’s office would cost at least double what I pay through Hip Optical. Also, cat eye frames I line are hard to find. Only thing to add is that if I submit two purchases a week or so apart, I am not sure why I need to send in my prescription a second time.
My new Ceos frames with digital progressive lenses are fantastic—almost shockingly clear! I’m very pleased.

Sent my Hip Optical Tribo frames to get lenses replaced for new prescription. Sent and had glasses back in less than a week! Amazing speed. Lenses are very clear and no distortion. I love Hip Optical! PS-please bring back the Tribo:).
