How do you get my prescription?
We have three easy options to choose from when sending us your prescription:
- Snap a photo of your prescription and upload the file during checkout.
- Our team can contact your doctor
- Don't have your prescription with you? Don't worry you can still purchase your new glasses and send us the prescription later. A member from our team will ensure to follow up on this.
All of the prescriptions are reviewed by our trained team of optometrists at our lens manufacturing facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
How do you measure my pupillary distance (PD)?
After you purchase we use an innovative eye recognition software that scans your eyes to get an exact measurement of your pupillary distance. This measurement is extremely accurate and takes less than 30 seconds to do.
